Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production / Delivery Support Associate to assist with product handling, deliveries, and loading/unloading trucks. This role supports daily operations by ensuring materials and finished products are moved safely and efficiently. Welding experience is a plus but not required .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery trucks
• Help prepare products for delivery and shipment
• Safely move materials throughout the facility
• Support delivery drivers as needed during loading/unloading
• Assist with basic production or shop tasks as assigned
• Perform general labor duties to support daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Welding experience is a plus but not required
• Previous warehouse, production, or delivery experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
