Pay Range: LPN $25.00 - $29.00 RN $29.00 - $32.00
Shift: Day, Evening- All candidates must be willing to work rotating weekends and rotating holidays
Position Requirements: 1 year of elder care or direct care experience is preferred but not required. NYS Nursing Licensure (LPN) required.

RPH is looking for LPN/RN candidates who are passionate about caring for elders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Medication monitoring and administration, acting as clinical lead to staff, case management, care planning and oversight, personal care assistance as needed, meal planning and enrichment recreation as needed.
