Our client, a prominent oil & gas company, is seeking a M&A attorney with upstream exploration experience to handle overflow work for M&A matters. In this role, the attorney will handle exploration negotiations with host countries, ancillary agreements, international regulations research, and purchase agreements. This role is 100% remote although there is a preference for Houston based candidates.
