Salary: $28-$32/hour

What your future day will look like:

• Set up, maintain, and repair machinery and facility systems to support production
• Respond promptly to unexpected equipment issues during operations
• Carry out routine inspections and scheduled servicing of machines
• Perform basic machining and fabrication tasks as needed
• Utilize manuals and schematics to guide repair and maintenance work
• Coordinate with external technicians and vendors for complex repairs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and sensor-based systems
• Operate a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment to complete tasks
• Monitor for irregularities or defective components and report concerns
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Support additional tasks as directed by plant leadership

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and electrical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with maintaining and repairing sensor-based and automated equipment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
