Salary: $135,000–$145,000 + 20% STI Bonus
Overview
The Maintenance Manager leads plant maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and production performance. This role oversees all mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance while driving preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards.
