We’re looking for a Maintenance Planner with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for reliability, and a knack for keeping operations running like clockwork.
This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll be right in the middle of the action — supporting a fast-paced manufacturing facility that converts raw materials into critical everyday products. If you thrive in complex environments, love solving problems before they start, and know your way around CMMS and mechanical systems, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Develop, schedule, and coordinate maintenance plans for high-speed production equipment
· Minimize unplanned downtime by staying ahead of repairs and preventive maintenance
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to align maintenance priorities
· Manage vendors, contractor services, and equipment parts procurement
· Support maintenance team training on safety and operational procedures
· Monitor and track KPIs, labor hours, and spend using CMMS tools
· Drive improvements in reliability, safety, and operational efficiency
· Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety/quality standards
What You Bring:
· 5+ years in maintenance planning or related experience in a manufacturing setting
· Working knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and PM best practices
· Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance scheduling tools
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you're good under pressure
· Solid understanding of safety practices and regulatory standards (OSHA, etc.)
· Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
· Bachelor’s degree preferred — equivalent experience considered
