Position Overview

We’re hiring up to three (3) Warehouse Associates to support our production operations. This role isn’t just one spot—you’ll have the opportunity to move through different parts of the production process to gain a full understanding of our operations. We’ll evaluate your attention to detail, precision, teamwork, and learning curve to find the best fit for you within our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through production operations to learn various machines and processes
• Evaluate and improve precision, attention to detail, and production efficiency
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
• May assist with inside sales or customer service-related activities
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely
• Participate in weekly check-ins to track progress and success metrics
• Lift up to 60 lbs regularly; stand and move for 8 hours per shift
• Operate equipment (forklifts, machines) as needed—experience is a plus

Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time, on-site
• Monday–Friday between 7 AM – 5 PM (8-hour shift in this window)
• Overtime opportunities available
• 90-day probationary period with weekly reviews to ensure fit and success

Qualifications

• Ability to follow and understand production records and procedures
• Understanding of basic math and writing skills to accurately document production activities
• Attention to detail is required for documentation in production documents
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Certified forklift operator preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting and follow safety protocols
