Our luxury consumer goods client is looking for a Consumer Insights / Market Research Specialist to join their team through the end of 2025. with a chance to extend in 2026.
The role is 40 hours a week, onsite in Madison, Wi 4 days a week with Fridays remote.

The Consumer Insights / Market Research Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing and executing qualitative (25%) and quantitative (75%) research projects
- Partnering with stakeholders to review and finalize briefs
- Determining research methodologies and selecting vendor partners
- Creating and performing Qualtrics DIY surveys and analyzing data, running con-joints
- Presenting findings to key stakeholders
- Managing vendors
The ideal Consumer Insights / Market Research Specialist will have:
- 3+years of experience in marketing research/consumer insights, ideally in B2C space with a physical product
- Experience with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (focus groups, (online mainly), attitude and usage studies, MaxDiff studies, working with vendors for conjoint analysis)
- Comfortable creating surveys and analyzing data in Qualtrics
- Comfortable with stakeholder communication and presenting findings
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems and confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with others in a collaborative team environment.
