Job Description

Key responsibilities include overseeing marketing initiatives, evaluating and troubleshooting design projects, and managing a high-energy department. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is essential. The candidate must be comfortable conducting client meetings independently or alongside senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing marketing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all channels
• Supporting the sales team with marketing assets and communications
• Managing social media marketing efforts
• Coordinating with designers and vendors to ensure print-ready file accuracy
• Tracking progress and deliverables using our internal ticketing system (Tracker)
• Conducting client meetings independently or with senior leadership
• Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to align marketing output with business goals.
• Oversee and participate in design projects, ensuring brand consistency and quality control.
• Manage project timelines and delegate work effectively using the Tracker system (no longer using SharePoint)
• Conduct client meetings independently or with executive leadership.
• Supervise social media management, content review, and overall marketing communications.
• Ensure proper handling of print and specialty projects, troubleshooting as needed.
• Act as a resource for overflow design work when demand exceeds capacity.
