Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Content Creation Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a paid internship opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a multifaceted marketing environment, with a strong emphasis on digital content creation and real estate marketing.

This is a paid, on-site summer internship based in Lowell, MA.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Photography/Videography:

• Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Capture high-quality listing/rental photos and videos.
• Produce professional headshots for agents.
• Develop agent-specific content for social media and marketing materials.
• Contribute to Candor-branded content creation.
• Capture content at company events, including meetups, walkthroughs, and quarterly gatherings.

Video Capturing + Editing (Basic to Intermediate Level):

• Shoot and edit footage for reels, shorts, and YouTube videos.
• Utilize gear such as gimbals, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and lighting setups.
• Edit using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut for social media edits.

Marketing & Strategy:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends.
• Support SEO efforts and optimize website content.
• Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and campaign metrics.
• Contribute to social media management and engagement.

Content Strategy + Idea Generation:

• Brainstorm and suggest content ideas, particularly for video, based on current trends.
• Develop series ideas for YouTube and IG Reels, such as “Agent Spotlights,” “Behind-the-Scenes,” and “Quick Tips with Candor.”
• Aid in the creation of print advertising materials.
• Assist with copywriting tasks.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design projects.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Familiarity with content marketing strategies
• Understanding of email marketing best practices
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce concepts
• Interest in digital marketing trends
• Ability to assist with print advertising projects
• Strong communication and research skills
• Basic to intermediate video capturing and editing skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in various aspects of marketing
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Experience in real estate marketing
