Grova Creative is on the hunt for a sharp, curious, and creative Writing & Copywriting Intern who’s passionate about storytelling, branding, and turning big ideas into powerful messaging. From social media captions to campaign taglines, blog posts, scripts, and more—you’ll help bring brands to life with words that connect.

This is a paid internship.

Our ideal candidate is someone who lives for language. You're detail-obsessed, a self-starter, collaborative, and eager to grow. You know that writing for marketing and advertising is about more than grammar—it's about tone, timing, and tapping into what makes people care. And of course, we can't forget about those SEO keywords. :)

• Write, revise, and proofread copy for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, blogs, email, and ads
• Support the development of brand voice and messaging strategies
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to brainstorm campaign ideas
• Assist with blog writing, press releases, and internal content development
• Research trends and write with clarity, creativity, and purpose
• Participate in creative reviews and take feedback like a pro
• Help develop headlines, taglines, calls-to-action, and copy for marketing materials
• Other writing, editing, and communication projects as assigned

• Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills
• A love of storytelling and marketing
• Ability to adapt your writing to different tones and audiences
• Open to feedback and eager to grow your creative chops
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments and deadlines
• Self-starter with strong communication and organization skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
• Experience with or interest in branding, advertising, or journalism is a plus
• Currently pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, creative writing, or a related field
• Availability to contribute at least 12 hours per week
• Must be located in or near Tallahassee, FL (we are in office M-W, remote Th & F)
