DCI is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for DCI Edge and DCI Parts , collectively DCI. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Marketing Strategy & Execution – Work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement and optimize the annual marketing plan.
  • Drive Product Launches – Manage marketing deliverables for new product rollouts, collaborating with sales, product management, and external partners.
  • Campaign Management – Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Dealer & Partner Support – Provide marketing assets, submission forms, and communication tools to ensure product success.
  • Content & Digital Marketing – Maintain internal/external websites, email campaigns, and social media channels with engaging and up-to-date content.
  • Budget & Vendor Coordination – Manage marketing budgets, work with external vendors, and oversee project execution.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, and promotional sales.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong writing skills with experience crafting compelling marketing copy.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand consistency.
  • Exceptional project management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with web design, graphic design, and digital trends.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and working with external vendors.

Some travel required.
