Banyan Treatment Centers is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help create and schedule marketing emails, newsletters, and other email campaigns.
• Support the development of written and visual content for blogs, websites, and social media.
• Assist with managing social media platforms (organic and paid), including planning posts and monitoring engagement.
• Write and edit press releases and other media content as needed.
• Help organize and track campaign performance and support marketing reports.
• Collaborate with team members on brand campaigns, promotions, and special projects.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a marketing role (in-house or agency).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms
• Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Basic understanding of content creation tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Preferences:

• Basic video editing skills (for social or digital use).
• Experience with press writing or media outreach.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools or analytics platforms.
• Bonus: Assist with video content and editing (if you have experience, not required).
