Confidential Membership Sales Specialist — Front Desk Sales & Service (Full-Time)

Location: Torrance, CA | $22–$24/hr

Monday- Friday : 1:30- 9:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30-4:30 PM (rotating)

A well-established, mission-driven martial arts organization is seeking a dynamic Membership Sales Specialist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for new and returning students, you’ll play a critical role in community growth and member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable presence for all visitors and members.
• Drive membership growth by managing leads, conducting tours, and guiding new members through the onboarding journey.
• Follow up inquiries through calls, texts, emails, and in-person outreach.
• Support new and current members to ensure a seamless experience—from first visit to long-term retention.
• Respond to member inquiries, account questions, and support requests using our internal systems.
• Assist with front desk operations, membership changes, and administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or member relations—preferably in a fitness, wellness, or service-based environment.
• Confident and comfortable discussing membership benefits and pricing.
• Personable, organized, and professional with strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to CRM and scheduling tools (Zoho experience is a plus).
• Passion for wellness, personal development, or martial arts is a strong bonus.
