We are looking for a full time merchandising assistant to support their sales team with all daily functions. The candidate for this position should be sales oriented, flexible, have a strong work ethic and passion for luxury fashion merchandise.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Organize client purchase orders (EDI's) and enter order information in Blue Cherry
· Maintain an updated open order report ensure orders ship on time
· Respond to all client requests and team needs in a timely and respectful manner.
· Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
· Run reports upon request of the merchant team
· Research product information
QUALIFICATIONS
· Individual seeking position with growth opportunities
· Proficient in Excel, including v-lookups and Pivot Tables
· Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Business or related field
· Luxury Fashion or Merchandising experience preferred
· Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions
· Must be able to adapt to fast-paced environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail
