Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in regulatory enforcement matters before the SEC, DOJ, and FINRA.
• Advise broker-dealers and investment advisers on compliance and regulatory strategy.
• Collaborate with partners and clients across national and international jurisdictions.
• Participate in pro bono engagements with full billable credit.
Qualifications:
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in government investigations or regulatory enforcement.
• Admission to the DC Bar (or eligibility for immediate admission).
• Exceptional writing, research, and academic credentials.
• Prior experience with regulatory agencies or as a judicial law clerk preferred.
