About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our maintenance teams across multiple communities in the Dallas area. This role is responsible for ensuring our Texas properties are maintained to company standards, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction, safety, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, life-safety, and custodial functions
• Manage and evaluate vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and cost control
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA, EPA, fire codes, etc.)
• Maintain records for inspections, warranties, service agreements, and equipment
• Supervise maintenance programs for property appearance and functionality
• Monitor and respond to resident service needs in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in budgeting, capital planning, and expense management for the region
• Hire, train, and support maintenance staff while fostering a positive team culture
• Ensure vendor insurance compliance and manage related claims

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in multifamily property maintenance
• Required certifications: EPA Universal and CPO; CAMT is a plus
• Familiarity with property management software (RealPage experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of contracts, facilities management, and vendor relations

Physical Requirements:

This position involves physical activity, including lifting (up to 50+ lbs.), bending, climbing ladders, working on rooftops, and operating tools and equipment. Use of safety gear is required.
