Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Multifamily Project Manager in Atlanta, GA. The Project Manager will oversee the project, coordinating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe work environment during the construction of new garden style apartments. This role requires proactive problem-solving and effective communication with the project Team.

Qualifications

• Construction Management and Quality Control skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience in completing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• OSHA Certification is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Multifamily Project Manager
• Ability to maintain a construction budget
• Logistics Management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Construction Project Management software and Scheduling software
