Nurse Manager (RN) - Recuperative Care Center
Salary: $109,700 to $130,400 Annually
Requirements to apply
• Current California RN license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• 3–5 years clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory or management roles
• Minimum 4 years experience in ambulatory care settings
• Maintain current CPR certification by American Heart Association
• Experience with underserved populations, including homelessness and substance use disorders
• Knowledge of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and public health best practices
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Overview
As Nurse Manager, you will lead a nursing team providing interim housing and medical care to eligible patients who are homeless and medically stable.
