Job Description
Occupational Therapist (OTR) Stoughton, MA | $55-$65 per visit | Flexible Schedule | Comprehensive Benefits
Proudly Voted a Top Place to Work by the Boston Globe and USA Today in 2024 — and no, we didn’t vote for ourselves.
Let’s face it: You didn’t become an Occupational Therapist to sit in traffic or work under fluorescent lights all day. At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we get it — because we’re clinician-owned. That means more flexibility, less red tape, and a whole lot more support for what really matters: helping people regain independence in the comfort of their homes in the Stoughton residential area of MA, and we are looking for a Part Time Occupational Therapist to do just that!
Why You’ll Love It Here:
Competitive Pay: $55-$65 per visit — we respect your license and your bills.
Schedule Freedom: Design a workday that works for you.
Benefits Package: Dental and vision — because self-care isn’t just for patients.
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.62/mile — no one likes giving away free gas.
Professional Development: Real support for your growth, minus the boring lunch-and-learns.
What You'll Do:
Create personalized, functional treatment plans that focus on what matters most to your patients — independence.
Complete home safety evaluations (aka make homes easier to live in without turning into a renovation show).
Educate patients and caregivers like the OT superstar you are.
Keep documentation efficient and straightforward with our user-friendly EMR system.
Make a genuine impact — and get to see the difference you make.
What Makes VRNS Different?
We're not just another home care company. We partner with programs like the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver Program to provide consistent, meaningful caseloads. Plus, we support our clinicians in the field — so you’re never flying solo or buried in paperwork with no lifeline.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Massachusetts
At least 1 year of clinical experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, but also collaborate when needed
Experience with EMRs preferred (we promise ours isn’t a nightmare)
Home health experience is a bonus, but we’ll help you ramp up either way
Our recruiters offer flexible interview times — early mornings, evenings, weekends — whatever works for you.
Apply today and discover what it feels like to actually love where you work.
Compensation details: 55-65 Hourly Wage
