Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ocean Import Coordinator to join their Long Beach team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end import process, ensuring smooth coordination and facilitation of ocean shipments in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of ocean import operations.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and procedures.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all import activities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in ocean import operations.
• Solid understanding of ocean import regulations and documentation.
• Familiarity with CargoWise is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
