Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize large data sets to forecast staffing needs, identify trends, and optimize divisional workforce performance
• Create and maintain divisional reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategically aligned metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity
• Support data-driven initiatives and risk remediation opportunities to assess operational effectiveness
• Support location and workspace logistical planning
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Apply data visualization techniques for executive level reporting
• Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous situations
• Able to manage competing priorities and deliverables
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce optimization, strategy and analytics
• Able to thrive in a team-oriented collaborative environment and independently

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Space management, Excel , PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience
• Minimum 3 years of Workforce Optimization, Programming, and / or Strategy experience
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite- specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to manage project plans and action plans on time
