OVERALL DUTIES: Assist with the daily shipping, receiving, and inventory management of

.com returns from Bloomingdale’s and Saks. This role involves receiving and checking-in

returned merchandise from various locations, executing quality control and managing stock

levels, and maintaining an efficient off-site satellite stock room environment.

Responsibilities:

 Assist with processing inbound and outbound shipping for .com returns from

Bloomingdale’s and Saks.

 Ensure returned products are accurately received, checked for quality control, and

processed in a timely manner.

 Ensuring timely receipt of product to ensure product availability for resale or

redistribution.

 Responsible for shipment of customer purchases, store transfers and warehouse

transfers

 Maintain accurate records and reports of all incoming and outgoing transfers, purchase

orders, shortages, overages, and issues as they pertain to warehouse stock

 Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preparation of products for redistribution or return

to stock.

 Support daily operations of the off-site warehouse located at Short Hills Mall, ensuring

smooth workflow.



Requirements:

 Minimum 1 year of experience with shipping, receiving and fulfillment using a POS

System

 Prior experience in retail stockroom preferable

 Physical capability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds

 Strong organizational skills pertaining to all store product

 High attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and proper handling of

returns.

 Self-motivated and ability to work independently

 Proficient computer and Microsoft Excel skills
