Job Title: Operations Assistant

Salary: $65,000

Job Summary:

LHH is working with a consumer services company in Englewood Cliffs, to hire a permanent Operations Assistant. The qualified candidate should have at least 2 – 3 corporate administrative/operations experience. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5PM with a 30-minute lunch, 100% in office.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling company meetings and conferences, including all details necessary for participants and planning meeting logistics
• Onboard new hires and conduct new hire orientation
• Assist in interviewing applicants
• Keep track of employee matters including days off, company holidays, updates and changes to employee handbook
• Assist with tech related tasks including equipment upgrades/replacements, keeping track of equipment assignments, and troubleshooting IT issues
• Record purchases and compare to monthly budget
• Follow steps to resolve employee relations issues that may arise

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree a plus
• At least 2 – 3 years of related experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
