SUMMARY:

The Order Management Representative (OMR) will interact with multiple sides of the business, including Sales and Supply Chain. They will place, revise, and manage sales orders and transfer orders into our ERP system. They will communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the order management process to ensure accurate and timely entries and updates to orders. Furthermore, they will oversee customer support and issue resolution. They will report to the Supply Chain Operations Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage orders and issue resolutions for distributors and customers.
  • Manage claims submitted through the customer portal.
  • Manage our customer service inbox.
  • Enter and validate sales orders from customers to ensure compliance with order management business rules.
  • Execute order revisions and manage customer communication, as necessary, to optimize truck utilization and on-time delivery.
  • Manage and resolve EDI errors, in relation to order submittal and shipment fulfillments.
  • Manage external portals for shipments.
  • Enter and track sample orders; work with supply team to execute requests.
  • Manage customer profiles.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and necessary documentation.

COMPENSATION :

The base pay range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

The range listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus awards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of customer support experience.
  • Familiar with ERP systems and practices.
  • Experience with SuiteCommerce and Rydershare.
  • Experience with NetSuite system preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
