Job Description

We're looking for an Order Processing Coordinator to join a growing team in Boca Raton. In this role, you'll handle order entry, shipment coordination, and account support to keep operations running smoothly. It's a great opportunity for someone with customer service or administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

This is a full-time, 100% on-site position (Monday-Friday) and full-time, traditional hours.

What You'll Do

• Accurately enter and process customer orders while meeting account guidelines and deadlines
• Track order status and proactively update internal teams and customers
• Coordinate shipments and logistics details with transportation teams or systems
• Stay informed on compliance and shipping requirements to prevent errors or chargebacks
• Collaborate with sales, inventory, and accounting teams to resolve questions around orders, inventory, or invoices
• Run order and shipment reports; maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide general support to the operations team as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (basic reporting, data sorting, updating order information) and proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excel test required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Proactive, solution-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
