Hoover Paint Store is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with contractors and clients in your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, customer service, and business development, along with a passion for the paint industry and helping contractors resolve issues. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in the paint or construction industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively manage client expectations and resolve issues.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Familiarity with paint products and applications is highly desirable.
• Experience with cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies tailored to the construction market.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes and client interactions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
