Outside Sales Representative – Office: Albany, GA

Open Territories: Greater Albany/Tifton OR Greater Thomasville/Valdosta

Weekly Schedule: 1-2 days in office / ~3 days in the field

Compensation: ~$52k Guaranteed Base & Allowances + Uncapped Commissions & Quarterly Bonuses (First Year OTE: $65k-$80k) | Company card for gas and business expenses | Full Benefits

Our client is looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join their team as a Outside Sales Representative. Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals and leverage a detailed CRM system with warm and qualified leads.
  • Sell into SMB to major corporate accounts in a variety of industries, including but not limited to biotech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, hospitality, schools & universities, healthcare, and restaurants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
