We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Paid Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid search and paid social media campaigns, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives. This hybrid position will be based in Tampa, FL, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Manage budgets, bids, and ad placements to maximize ROI and drive cost-effective results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media.
• Provide recommendations for creative ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, specifically in managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid search and paid social media platforms and tools.
• Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
