Job Description

As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to attorneys handling accident cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Conducting legal research and gathering relevant case law and statutes.
• Managing and organizing case files, evidence, and documentation.
• Communicating with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule hearings and interviews.
• Assisting in trial preparation and attending court proceedings as needed.
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
• Prior experience working as a paralegal in Personal Injury is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
