We're looking for part-time front desk associates at CycleBar Uptown Dallas. Our front desk CBX (CycleBar Experience) team members are responsible for delivering on: customer service, sales, social media, cleaning and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES: As a CBX, you will...
· Help riders have the best possible experience at our studio providing outstanding customer service
· Help drive sales by recommending memberships and products to riders
· Assist with lead management, calling and texting riders that have expressed interest in taking a ride with the studio
· Clean the studio, including bikes, shoes, towels & more
· Assist management with other daily tasks

· A flexible schedule, which is a must as our studio has unique business hours*
*CBX’s typically work about 3 shifts a week, and shifts typically run 3-6 hours. Morning shifts run 5:30am - 8:30 am, Noon shifts run 11:30 am - 2pm, evening shifts run 4:00 pm - 8:30pm, and weekend shifts run 7:30 am - 12:30 pm.
