Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Admin experience
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to work Tuesday + Thursday in office 9- 5 PM
  • Ability to commit to the role Feb - April (Tax Season)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones and greet clients
  • Communicate clearly with clients and staff
  • General clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, typing, shredding, and mailing.
  • Digitally receive and file incoming documents
  • Basic office skills such as answering phones, customer service, and computer knowledge
  • Other duties as necessary

Compensation:

$18/HR

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
