• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred.
• 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• A valid state of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.
Monday-Friday 7 am - 12 pm.

Determines admissibility, financial responsibility and availability. Prepares records and other required data.
