Role Description
This role centers on supporting our Spravato (esketamine) treatment program, including preparing treatment spaces, coordinating patient flow, monitoring sessions under provider supervision, and managing ordering, inventory, and compliance-related logistics.
The position also plays a key role in treatment delivery support, with opportunities to cross-train in TMS therapy administration. In addition, you’ll assist with general clinic operations such as scheduling, patient check-in, call management, and insurance/administrative tasks as needed.
This is a highly patient-facing position that requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a calm, supportive, and luxury experience for patients receiving advanced psychiatric care.
