Job Description

Payroll Admin, West Conshohocken, PA (Onsite/Hybrid), $60,000 - $65,000 + 5% Bonus - DIRECT HIRE

Payroll Administrator – Responsibilities

  • Process multiple weekly/biweekly facility payrolls.
  • Manage wage garnishments for employees in ADP.
  • Handle vacation and sick payment requests.
  • Process bonus or commission payments.
  • Prepare payroll adjustments and manual checks as needed.

Payroll Administrator – Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience processing payroll in ADP.
  • Workday experience preferred.

Schedule:

  • Fully onsite for training and acclimation, then transitions to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite/2 days remote).
