Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of Health care systems, medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished “Pharmacy Inventory Associate”

** TITLE: Pharmacy Inventory Associate

** LOCATION: Onsite Role | Client Location: 4971 Southridge, Memphis, TN 38141

** DURATION: 4-month assignment with the possibility of extension

** WORK SCHEDULE:

• Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday & Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

(Four-day work week with possible overtime)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. W2

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant will support Central Fill pharmacy operations. Duties include:

• Manual entry and picking of pharmacy orders
• Replenishing products for filling and packing
• Operating automated sorting and counting equipment
• Filling bottles and cells with prescribed tablets/capsules
• Applying prescription labels accurately
• Assisting Pharmacists with preparation of medication orders
• Receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming supplies
• Counting stock and updating inventory records
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
• Stocking shelves and organizing inventory
• Completing paperwork and forms as directed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing.
• Perform manual entry, picking, replenishing, packing, and labeling.
• Operate automated sorting and counting equipment.
• Fill bottles and cells with prescribed tablets and capsules.
• Apply prescription labels to bottles and boxes.
• Receive, store, and organize incoming supplies.
• Count stock, update computer inventory records, and maintain forms.
• Clean equipment and assist in stocking shelves.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1+ years in warehouse operations preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
