Job Title & Role Description:
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive psychiatric care in a telemedicine setting. You will triage patients via phone or video appointments, and occasionally visit patients in person to provide medically necessary care. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, support treatment planning, and ensure the best outcomes for patients with complex behavioral health needs. The PMHNP will be a key player in ensuring that patients receive timely, effective, and compassionate care, with a focus on providing the best possible experience in a virtual healthcare setting.
