Pool Service Mechanic

Location: Hampton Bays, NY

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 7 AM – 4 PM

We are hiring experienced Pool Service Mechanics to join a leading swimming pool service and installation team in Hampton Bays, NY. This role offers a steady schedule and the opportunity to work in a respected, service-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Clean and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features efficiently
• Maintain and repair pool equipment, including leak detection and equipment installation/upgrades
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service consistency
• Identify issues and recommend repairs or renovations to management
• Document service activities accurately and submit timely reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in pool service, maintenance, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of pool chemical balancing, equipment troubleshooting, and repair
• Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
