Production Supervisor

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

A leading HVAC manufacturing company with over 60 years of industry experience is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and support daily operations on the production floor. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving safety, efficiency, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations within the assigned department.
• Provide real-time problem-solving support related to parts, materials, line flow, and engineering issues.
• Ensure production lines consistently meet or exceed metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators.
• Promote a culture of safety by enforcing PPE usage and ensuring all team members are trained in safety protocols.
• Partner with HR to manage time-off requests and assist in personnel matters such as hiring, discipline, and termination.
• Maintain quality control standards and uphold clean, organized workspaces using 5S principles.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to support company-wide operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising in a manufacturing and assembly line environment.
• Note: Experience must be in production; backgrounds limited to warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution will not be considered.
• HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Able to work independently and handle personnel issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Fluent in English and competent in basic math operations.
• Punctual, team-oriented, and motivated to succeed.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Comfortable working in a loud production environment.
