As a Project Coordinator-Executive Recruiter you will play an integral role in assisting professionals advance their careers. You will recruit top-quality candidates and place them in some of the biggest financial services firms on Wall Street and become a subject matter expert on hiring and talent within the legal/financial industry.

Responsibilities :

• Engage in meaningful conversations to identify the needs & career aspirations of candidates
• Build & utilize your knowledge and understanding of the hiring process to advise clients & candidates throughout the hiring process
• Facilitate communication & feedback between candidates and clients, through the entire interview process and during the offer stage
• Establish & grow your network within the industry, while also creating your brand
• Collaborate with our Senior Executive Recruiters to identify qualified candidates & follow the guidelines of Bluestone’s workflow process
• Learn and utilize all the technology & tools at your disposal to stay organized and work efficiently with your team

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Desire to have unlimited earning potential that is commensurate with your effort
• Track record of developing meaningful relationships & conducting business over the phone
• Resiliency necessary to handle the rejection that comes with any sales position with superior cold calling skills
• Willingness to engage in professional social media outlets & commitment to building your brand
• Openness to ongoing professional development & coaching
• Self-motivated & comfortable working independently
