Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury residential projects across Los Angeles . This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges in high-end construction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, skilled at managing relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, designers, and building officials.
• Closely track project costs and maintain detailed profitability analysis.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating field sequencing.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to manage field supervision and resource allocation.
• Procure subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring accurate scope in bid packages.
• Coordinate, review, and approve shop drawings/samples before release.
• Drive procurement and project engineering functions to maintain schedule compliance.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive project files, including plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Lead monthly budget and schedule review meetings, focusing on risk assessment.
• Work with finance teams to prepare monthly requisitions and oversee payment processes.
• Effectively address and resolve project challenges as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and managerial skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
