Responsibilities:
· Manage small to mid-sized projects or components of larger programs * Develop and maintain project schedules, task tracking, and resource assignments
· Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
· Facilitate planning and define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
· Ensure documentation is standardized and stored appropriately
· Support effective change management within established governance processes
· Drive project reporting and communicate progress with clarity and consistency
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
· Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments
Primary Skills
· Bachelor s degree required (or equivalent experience)
· 3 years of experience managing small to mid-sized projects or supporting components of larger initiatives
· Background in a Managed Care Organization, healthcare consulting, or Medicaid/Medicare-focused projects
· Solid understanding of project management concepts and tools
· Ability to independently manage project workstreams and timelines
· Strong organization, planning, and documentation capabilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Skilled at working across departments and engaging stakeholders
· Comfortable with fast-paced, changing environments
· Familiarity with SDLC and enterprise project governance framework
· Ability to track budgets, schedules, and project milestones accurately
· Experience using PPM tools and maintaining central documentation repositories
· Ability to apply conflict resolution and motivate cross-functional teams Preferred
Certifications:
· Project Management Professional (PMP)
· Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
· Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
