Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Center

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

About the Opportunity

We are partnered with a Top 25 General Contractor , a firm with over 100 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex projects nationwide. With a strong track record in the mission-critical sector, they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery of a hyperscale data center in Indianapolis. This is a high-profile role on one of the most significant projects in the Midwest market.

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for full project lifecycle management, ensuring successful execution of budget, schedule, safety, and quality objectives. This individual will lead diverse project teams, coordinate with owners and trade partners, and serve as a trusted client liaison throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from pre-construction through turnover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management.
• Drive adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary interface with the client, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor, guide, and develop project team members to achieve peak performance.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic insight to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong financial acumen, contract administration, and risk management expertise.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of team development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
