Job Description:
The Psychiatric Registered Nurse will:
Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level.
Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
Support the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure:
High-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Competency of clinical staff.
Effective resource management related to patient care.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
