We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role is a dynamic blend of purchasing, inventory management, shipping, and sales order entry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in purchasing and inventory management and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, and placing orders.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Oversee shipping processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Process and enter sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in tracking and resolving any inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of purchases, shipments, and inventory reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in purchasing and inventory management preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory and order management systems.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
