About the Team:

This team focuses on building and maintaining AI tools designed to enhance daily efficiency for developers and leaders. As part of this exciting initiative, you'll play a critical role in developing and supporting tools such as an AI management assistant and an LLM Gateway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement UI and backend features and enhancements.
• Incorporate feedback and align development efforts with roadmap goals.
• Leverage AI models and tools to improve the capabilities of the AI management assistant and LLM Gateway.
• Utilize TypeScript and Terraform as needed to support project requirements.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in backend development with Python.
• Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Ability to support full-stack development efforts, including UI and backend systems.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and Terraform is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment.
