Minnetonka, MN .

Position Details - Compensation: $24–$26/hr (Overtime paid at time and a half, when applicable)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Onsite)
- Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and weekly pay
- Experience: 1+ years required; open to recent graduates with laboratory experience through academic studies or internships

Position Overview Job Purpose Work under limited supervision to assist R&D engineers, scientists, and/or teams in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment.
Key Responsibilities - Test method and equipment qualifications
- Mechanical design verification testing
- Adherence to good documentation practices
Quality Systems Duties - Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Qualifications - Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Proficiency in test methodologies
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow directions
