RDA - Pediatric Dentistry of San Marcos

Opening for a full-time (4/ days week) RDA position starting this July.

This position will be for 4 days a week, with Fridays off. Mon, Tues -7:00am-3:30pm, Weds, Thursday 8am-4:30pm with half-hour lunches. You can enjoy an amazing work/life balance at this position.

You must be willing to do a working interview.

Salary is based on experience and quality of working interview. We hold our office to the highest possible OSHA and AAPD standards, and we encourage our staff to become their best possible selves. Requirements:

• MUST LIVE WITHIN A 30-MINUTE COMMUTE of the 92078 zip code.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
• Must comply with current CDC and OSHA guidelines with respect to patient safety, and have an active RDA license.

Duties include but not limited to:

• All back office duties, dental prophylaxis, sealants, X-rays, charting, cleaning etc.
• Assisting with pediatric dental treatment, including use of N20 and treatment under GA.
• Maintaining and enforce our standards for sterilization and equipment maintenance.
• Must be willing to cross-train and learn basic front office check-in/check-out skills.
• Must maintain our standards for water line, vacuum line management.
• Setting an example and enforcing our standards for professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, quality of care and kind communication with all staff and patients.
