Job Description

BGSF has partnered with an investment company in the Greenway Plaza area, and they are seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The responsibilities will include the following:

  • Greet clients in a professional manner
  • Handle multiple phone lines and direct calls accordingly
  • Distribute financial information to clients
  • Coordinate office events
  • Order supplies and keep breakroom tidy
  • Perform QuickBooks data entry
  • Support team members with special projects
