Job Description

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Charlotte Corporate office is seeking a Receptionist/Adm to manage their reception area. This is a great entry level opportunity that would allow for future growth. Salary up to $52K plus great benefits. Convenient location surrounded by many amenities.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

  • Greet guests
  • Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate party.
  • Manage conference room
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as Fed Ex
  • Order office supplies, stock supply room and break room
  • Update phone list and employee contact information in database
  • Assist with office events
  • Manage billing charges for clients
  • Assist with administrative task as needed (correspondence, reports, etc.)
  • Updating Excel Spreadsheets

Qualifications of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

  • Experience in a Receptionist/adm role
  • Microsoft Office
  • Great Communication skills both written and verbal
